Khatira holds a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy from St George’s University of London and has cultivated her skills through diverse experiences in public and private healthcare. She is a certified specialist in Functional Rehabilitation after Stroke (FRETS) and trained in acupuncture and wet-cupping, offering a unique blend of traditional and modern therapies tailored to individual needs.
Her clinical expertise spans manual therapy, mobilization, and strength & conditioning, all grounded in a hands-on, results-driven approach. Khatira focuses on restoring function and improving quality of life, whether working with stroke survivors, managing chronic pain, or addressing musculoskeletal injuries.
